Hello! Since you only changed the pickguard without altering the wiring, you should be able to very simply restore the correct order. First, connect your guitar to an amplifier, and turn up the volume. Next, move the selector switch in the position pointing towards the neck. Tap each pickup until one produces sound through the amplifier. You have just found the neck pickup! Now move the selector switch to the opposite end of travel, pointing down towards the input jack. Again, tap the other two pickups until you hear amplified sound. Now you have found the bridge pickup! By process of elimination, the remaining pickup is the middle pickup, right? Mark each with a bit of tape, remove the pickguard, and make the necessary swaps.
